Have you learned about the SEC's lawsuit regarding Ash Mufareh and his spouse's allegations of running an MLM firm masquerading as a pyramid scheme? Mufareh proclaimed, “Only God can hinder OnPassive's momentum!”

Pre-launched for approximately five years, OnPassive originated in 2018.
To date, no one from GoFounders or other groups has earned a cent...
To boot, no launches have occurred!

1,500,000 or 800,000 have joined depending upon who we believe!

According to recent reports, they're readying Oconnect for launch... First-time members will need to budget $150 for the initial 3 months. With a payment history that includes $97 for becoming a "Founder" and no income generated during the past five years, the new request to pay further amounts comes as quite a shock!

Despite criticism from an anonymous caller during a Zoom meeting, Ash Mufareh remained composed and continued addressing the OnPassive community.

I never did join but know many who did!

Did You or anyone that You know?

Hi there, Tony,

My brother has fallen victim to investor schemes. I am not sure if he was an investor in OnPassive. It is highly unlikely since he has lost big ROI before. You never want to be bit by a snack twice,

Thank you for the heads up the OnPassive LLC being sued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange. Evidently, Ashraf Mufareh is being accused of fraudulent worst practices. Looks like he was allegedly perpetrating a dishonest multi-level marketing Scheme and unregistered offering.

Is it true that his business shenanigans date back to 2018 and he raised over $108 million from over 800,000 investors worldwide? Wow! How did he sleep at night? My heart goes out to people who are gluttons for investment punishment and always are sucked in by shiny objects.

Hopefully, some of these innocent people will be able to retrieve at least some of their hard-earned money back. What a bad return on their investment. What was he thinking? What a scam/con artist.

Thanks for the heads up, Tony. Have a great day!

Good morning Tony,

I hope you're doing well and business is good.

I'm very dubious of MLM as there are always losers somewhere down the line! However, this seems like a very bad case and needs to be shut down.

Fortunately, I didn't participate in this program or have even heard of it.

Have a great day.

Roy

No I missed them, but I recently reviewed another shady mob called Cliqly because I was sick of seeing B/S write ups about them on LinkedIn and Medium.
They have no shame.
Michael.

Ive heard of them...I did some research on them, and recognized their shtick right away. Bad news...

Theyve been under investgation for a few years now.

I received an email from someone who was promoting it, but I ignored it and delete it as spam I knew it wasn't legit from the get-go. I feel bad for these people swindled into this MLM online money-making scheme.
