Into Dashboards? Check out Cyfe

I wanted to share a tool that I've been using on a few clients. It's a cool looking dashboard that allows you to view data in real-time. I also use this for my own sites as well.

Here are the basics of the tool.

Lets say you're monitoring website analytics, Facebook likes, and Adsense campaigns for a client (or for yourself). You could connect the various accounts through easy to set up widgets, and have access to real-time updated numbers 24/7.

The cool thing about this system is that it also allows you to run historic reports for your clients. You can download them in a PDF or JPG (there are other formats as well.)

So How Does This Help You?

Monitoring all of these stats on one screen in a graph format is much easier than running separate reports on different systems, and for most, the visual graphs are much more appealing that spreadsheets.

I've attached a pic to show you an example of how your dashboard could look (and yes there are several different backgrounds to choose from)

Other Benefits/Features

Also, you have the ability to add your logo to the dashboard (white label stuff) and give your client a link to their custom dashboard. They will be able to see their campaign stats in real time. My clients seem to like it, even though they always ask me about the numbers. Using this gives a sense of transparency with the business and makes me look super cool :)

There are a few other dashboards out there, but I found this one to be the best one. It's easier to set up, and offers simple reporting. Did I mention it's affordable? Some of the others are DucksBoard.com and Klipfolio.com.

Cost

Cfye is a subscription service, and costs $19 per month. I thought that was a steal considering you get unlimited dashboards (url's/campaigns to monitor)
