How Has Your First Quarter Gone So Far?

Tomorrow is the last day of February, and the next time you inhale, it will be the end of the first quarter. (I swear it seems like I just took the decorations off the Christmas tree!)
During this time, I find it helpful to go back and take a look at the goals that I set for first quarter and see if they need any tweaking. The last thing I want to do is get to the end of March and see that I've accomplished very little of what I actually set out to do.
Goal setting and planning in this business is one of the most important things you can do. I find it a lot easier to get up and work when I know whats on the agenda for the day.
So, its time to check in and measure what I've done so far.

I'm pretty close too Shawn! There are a few things that I need to change, but overall, I'm hitting my targets and staying focused. It feels good to check things off of my list as completed.

First quarter is already here! Yikes, the time does fly right on by. My first quarter has had its challenges for sure, but things are going well.
