What's on my mind?
If I am strong enough to own my business I have been in the industry for sometime, I have work in mini company's over the years and just fault as though mini company's.Just really forget the real reason on why they started their company . People think wants their business is doing so well bringing in more than they every thought , that they don't have to stay humble when they reach the top. I have work for some good company's not all them where bad just some. I have also work in the restaurant business it can be very challenging some of the people, talk to you nasty like you don't have a clue on. How to do your job or belittle you and make you feel . unimportant the feeling is not a good feel . I have had boss's talk about me to other in employees embarrassing, one my feel to know that everyone knows your business . Trust me it's not a good feel they laugh at you it almost remind me of middle school and high school as a child I often got bullied.

You are right! Some people doesn't know how to behave with others and even they just pay for the work you done, they think they own you.
We all have boss like this in life once. This is why we start a business right?
