I went to the local library and checked out the 3 year old book, KaChing by Joel Comm. It's very helpful for me, as it provides a way to study much of this art without having to try to take in an audio/visual presentation (which is hard for me due to my poor hearing and eyesight, and my tendency to become confused trying to navigate at the keyboard). My computer is located near the TV, and in our crowded living space I have trouble concentrating on the topic when taking in a training video or phone conversation. My sweetie can't resist alerting me to goings-on with the TV, etc., and I lose my way.
Question: Can someone recommend other (and perhaps more up-to-date) books on this subject that I might buy or borrow? I'm pretty sure that if I become more familiar with the terminology and available tools of this business by studying well-organized material in a book, rather than trying to do it online from the start, I will gain these skills faster and better. As I improve, I'll be able to go back more often to this medium. I'll be able to ask more intelligent questions, and to understand what folks are telling me.
Thanks!!!
