The problem I have with WM tools is that their explanation of how to fix something seems to be geared towards those that are programers. Beats me.

Tommy, this is part of hAtom structure. Google hAtom error and you will find some .php solutions to it

I did get this a while ago - and I really researched it. One of the issues was caused by my theme... however...

It turns out is was some "SEO Tool" thinking it was ticking all the boxes by listing ALL the errors it could find.

The two above, I found (but sorry, can't recall the exact posts), were non-errors that did not affect ranking/indexing etc etc.

I would run your site through google webmaster tools and bing webmaster tools - they'll both quickly tell you if there's anything they don't like, and also how to fix it.

I get them also, but even though I have tried researching them on Google, I still don't understand what they are. I have just learned to ignore them.
