GDPR in 27 Languages? 18 Days left! Are You Compliance?
Hello everyone,
Here is a link to a website giving you the GDPR information in 27 languages.
Just click on the flag on the top middle of this page to change it into your language and read all about the GDPR what you want to know.
I thought I share this with you, as for some a translated version might be easier to follow and to understand what the GDPR is about.
For those who are not compliant yet, hurry up, only 18 days left. If you need more info on this and how to implement it on your website, see the 3 hot GDPR topics from me and Loes here:
Here is a gdpr conform cookie policy generator website:

Basically it means, ensure the data you collect is transparent and safe and your visitors have the right of complete deletion from your database, this is for any data you have on EU citizens, before and after 25 May.
Latest when you get a hefty lawsuit case letter flying into your office, you will know... ;-) (maximum penalty is only 20.000.000 Euro)
I don't want to frighten you, but it frightens me to see that so many here do not know what GDPR is and are not updating their policies and consent for visitors, which could result in many lawsuit cases after 25th of May 2018.
This is serious and not a joke. And there is no escape, everyone is affected.
That would be a great subject for a post here on WA, especially since so many of us have no idea what it is. Can't find any info here on WA.
Upon a quick google search, it only affects people who are EU citizens -- I'm a US citizen, so I'm not going to worry about it.
Thanks.
I did already and so did Loes, just follow the links I provided up here in this post. :)
Yeah you do that, just ignore it, once an EU citizen puts a complaint up against your website, because they visited you and you do not offer GDPR compliance, the EU can sue your socks off......
Don't say I didn't warn you.... :/
The link you provided was good for someone with a lot of technical skill and background -- not for someone like myself who needs this stuff in lay terms. Haven't read anything about this in the New York Times or any other publication here in the US. Haven't heard anything about it on CNN either. I will take my chances but thank you!
Check Loes her post.
If you have a website and an EU citizen can access it, the EU law says you must be GDPR compliance or you cannot do any kind of business, offer any kind of services to EU citizens...
Ignorance is bliss...

Good information. You may need a dictionary just to follow along with what is being said lol lol lol
Yeah, it sounds complicated, well the plugin setup can be too, but we need to implement it and the plugin is the best way to go as all what is required is covered with it.
