Hi Hajrah - yes, free members of Jaaxy can earn commission from the affiliate program.
If someone else also becomes a free member through your Jaaxy affiliate link, you get ten more free searches.
And if, as a free member, your referral upgrades to Jaaxy Pro or Jaaxy Enterprise, you get the same commissions as a paid Jaaxy member.

I was inactive for a while (about 3 months to be exact), and my websites were deleted before I became active again. I don't know if I can retrieve them again,
Yes, best to check in with the Help Center -- Site Support to initiate a service request ticket ... all the best, cheerio... :)

You should contact support to see if they have backups of your sites.
You might also try sending Kyle or Carson a message.
Other than that I'm not sure if the sites can be retrieved but they will be able to help you better than I can.
