Shot in the Dark
...is what I did when I wrote the post on my spa website. Needed to write something with the potential to rank on Google and/or make some money so I opted for this until I get back up to date and continue my lessons on keywords, analytics and all that jazz.
Read and see for yourself. (url below) Article is not done - been in draft mode since mid August. I decided to publish yesterday for no particular reason other than to get it out there.
Putting myself on a limb here. Any and all advice, critique, humor and/or bullshit would be greatly appreciated. FYI, the carousel of images isn't working since I updated WordPress to 4.0 so just click on the pic of me, should be the first one to the left, "This Summer Set Fire to my Soul..."

Catchy wrote, a bit novelstyle, nice to read, the font? yes at entrance a bit small, I did zoom in, in my browser, but most people will leave inmidiately I think, greeting Loes
Made the text 14 point. Perhaps you could give another read? Wondering if it may work as far as IM propoganda?
That is much better, you mustnot forget a lot of people usings nowadays tablets or phone, so now it's readeble for both:) well done, Loes
I couldn't read the tiny type. Old eyes. :) Every blog post does NOT have to be about keywords. Even Kyle says that. Sometimes, you just write.

Okay, I read it. I think 12 would do it, actually. LOL Your title is: This Summer Set Fire To My Soul and a Fire Phone to my Lust List It seems, to me, like you're missing a word. The summer set fire to your soul and did what to your lust list? Maybe the word "added" before a? Just a suggestion. It was a good read, Tina. Need some proofreading, but a very nice story. And thanks for making the type bigger!
Looks really nice, the text is a bit small for my eyes to read, but overall doing quite well!
Like I said, not done. The text font and size was a question I had bookmarked in my head. Thanks for reading.
No I totally understand, keep up the good work. I used to send out stuff that was still a work in progress, and I would even say I am still working on it though. But helpful suggestions are always welcome to me!

Looks a bit bigger, still looks nice overall. On the video, it wasn't responding when I went in, it had a black screen and streamer bar like it was trying to run. Just thought I would let you know.

Hi.
I can't see a header logo or site name at the top - just a design where I would expect to see that.
As has been mentioned, I think the font is too small. Yes you can zoom in - but why would you create an extra step for your visitors to be able to comfortably read your content. Best to make it larger, as per current trends I think.
I think the content is great - it's engaging, it's comprehensive, and you are obviously an authority already in this area.
Some of the images are not displaying on my computer - eg. on this page: http://aspaforeveryone.com/epsom-salts-the-affordable-go-to-after-a-stressful-day - other than the image at the start of the first paragraph, the others on the page don't appear to exist.
One of you main menu items - Human Touch Therapy - doesn't have much content - just a lot of white space (a LOT) - however this may be work in progress, and not something to worry about if so.
I hope this helps?
All the best, Mark
Thanks so much for the input. There are some posts I haven't polished off. Getting to it today.

Hi - I think it is better.
One other enhancement I would make, is change the line height.
If you go to Appearance -> Editor - and click on style.css - look for this block (it should be close to the top):
body {
background: #FFFFFF url(images/bg.png) repeat-x;
color: #334366;
font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Verdana;
margin: 0 auto 0;
line-height: 20px;
}
Replace: line-height: 20px; with:
line-height: 2em;
This will just spreadout the lines a little, which for me, makes it far more readable.
This is purely my opinion - so would be good to get others views (as well as your own of course).
cheers, Mark
I will indeed try to do that. Thanks Mark.
