I feel strong today. I am going to try something new

Im not sure what it is, But today I feel strong and energized. I feel like I want to push myself to try something new.

Im sitting here drinking my coffee after a whopping 4 1/2 hours a sleep, thinking to myself. You should try to push your comfort zone and try something new that will challenge me.

That something new is to start setting a goal list in the mornings while I drink my coffee. This time is usually spent catching up on all the bad stuff in the news. But Im going to eliminate a bad and insert a good. I will aim for 5 goals per day.

My goal list for today is to:

• Write one post targeting a new well reaserched keyword as Jay tought us in a recent webinar. UPDATE completed
• Im going to think of one thing that I can offer people for when they sign up for my email list.
• Help at least three people today UPDATE completed
• watch at least 2 archived webinars
• try to finish 2 lessons in course UPDATE 1 lesson Completed. Both called for articles so we will see.

Well there it is. I read lots of books about the human body and mind and Your brain is a muscle. You need to excersice this muscle to create good habits to succeed. So hopefully this helps me train my brain.

If you get tired of the morning blogs about my goal list I do apologize. But I would hope some of you will do it with me.
