Affiliates and frustrations

Alright, I'm starting to get frustrated with my website, and I'm feeling really overhwlemed with my affiliates. I managed to get back online and do some work after putting it down for a couple of days, and found myself motivated again, only to find that my links from Amazon are saying they don't exist after being added to a post.
I know other brands offer affiliate programs, but Amazon is the only place that has this product.
Does anyone have solutions?

Are you really, really sure Amazon is the only place that has that product? Could there be something similar to it available someplace else, like another online department store like AliExpress? I'm guessing there's probably an alternative, and Amazon is so difficult to work with.
