One month on of being a member here at WA and I have certainly learnt a lot. I have made a start with my photography website. I have enjoyed that process and it is a good feeling to see something come together, to see an idea take on a tangible existence.
Of course, existence is a relative concept. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And ultimately all one can do is to try to be true to oneself, in whatever form that might take. In my case it means trying to express the amazing intricacies of nature that I see around me in photographs. Quite simple really.
So one goal has at least come to fruition, even if it is an ongoing goal - subject to expansion and regular updating.

The other goal of making money out of the process is the next challenge. I am still not quite sure about this aspect of being able to work from home and make a living out of it, But I guess out of small beginnings, bigger things will develop.
As they say, Rome was not built in a day.
The key benefit for me has been the motivation I have gained to continue with this brave new world (for me) of internet marketing. I never thought that I would actually be enjoying the challenge of creating a website as a means of self expression - using the WA process that allows me to make sense out of a technology that is totally foreign to me.
So, WA, thanks very much.
