Week 1 Progress

Ok, it's been a bit more like 3 weeks since I joined, but I didn't start doing anything on here till last week. I've made some progress over the last week on some of my goals though.

  1. Started a blog for the Online Entrepreneur Certification course. I'm on Course 1, Lesson 7. It's a bit more of a longer term build. I've decided to branch over to the Affiliate Bootcamp to focus on some quick wins
  2. Started a blog for the Affiliate Bootcamp course. I'm still on Course 1, Lesson 3 of it. Still need to flesh out the initial pages.
  3. For my 10 day non-financial goal, I've started my new low carbohydrate/high protein diet. I'm down 3 pounds for the week.

Good for you, It's the carbs I find difficult to do without. I love my toasted sandwiches! Any suggestions for an alternative crunchy food?

I took off 30 pounds over a year (until June of last year), but have put 15 back on after starting a new job and being lazy at the food court.

I don't have a good replacement for bread, but for general crunch I hit the nuts and veggies. There are glutton-free alternatives if that's the way you want to go, but grains in general are what I'm trying to avoid too. I recently finished reading Wheat Belly and am reading Grain Brain now.

I've switched to Club Soda with lemon to replace the Pepsi/Coke/Other Soft Drinks.
