Theme Struck: Keeping it Simple
I now have a website with Wealthy Affiliate.
The feeling of accomplishment is energizing. So it's only right to blog about it! And I need the practice.
Building a site here is pretty much painless with the steps and videos. The only problem I really encountered is having so large of a selection of themes! A person (namely me) can take literally hours trying to decide what goes best with a chosen niche.
(You should see me pick out shoes in the morning.)
So then, I am thankful for the "fav" feature which is a life saver and in the end I opted for the simplest one. It could have been the sheer exhaustion of it all but I think it works out for the best. As a fellow internet researcher and shopper, I usually gravitate back to the sites with a lot of information rather than clutter and flash.
So after an entire evening, I have my own domain name and a very simple yet workable website!
Boom!!

Congratulations. Every step along the way is a success story in itself. I'm kind of the same way and I spend too much time on theme's and the actual look of the site. I have to keep reminding myself to keep it simple and focus on the content.
