I have been adding new privacy pages and disclosure pages to a few of my sites that have Amazon Affiliates on them.
I found this nifty plugin called Azon Affiliate Disclosure that puts in a line of text before the post or page. Here is the text that is generated from the plugin. It automatically puts in for you and is a real time-saver!
