No negativity allowed
I'm just a humble woman trying to make a life of abundance and happiness. I once thought that the harder you worked, the more you will earn and succeed..but I've slaved for 20 plus years and I work hard, I put everything into any and every job that I have, I treat it as if it were mine and spend long unpaid hours to go above and beyond in hopes of some recognition a success, advancement maybe... Guess what? I haven't gotten any recognition, advancement OR appreciation for any of it thus far, I'm sure some can relate. Matter of fact, I've gotten treated badly for my hard work at a recent job I had for two years. Now I'm realizing that it isn't about working harder, it's about working smarter. I go out of my way to help people in need even when I'm in need myself. I do it because it makes me feel good about myself and happy to see somebody deserving, be happy too. I don't expect anything in return from the people I help, yet I have seen it come back around a couple times from people I wouldn't have expected it from and gained a couple of the best friends I ever had from my hardship. I am full of gratitude but I must be doing something wrong. It seems every single time I get close to where I wanna be, something bad happens and I get knocked back to square one and it is worse every time it happens. I am realizing it is within me. Something inside my head is subconsciously killing my VIBE! It's MY fault! So now that I've had that realization I am taking every step in training my brain to cut out any and everything negative in my life including my own negative thoughts when they show up. It's the beginning of my new journey, and it lead me here today. Let's see how it goes from here...no negativity, only good vibes, everything else is getting left behind. Gonna focus on me for once in my life and invest in myself without feeling selfish or guilty about it.

there is nothing wrong in focusing on “Me”. It’s great to help others and we all should, but you have to also think of yourself. You go for it and the help will come.

Negativity can certainly affected your outcome in life. I can imagine how soul destroying it must be to work hard for a company and get little reward. Keep the good vibes going and I'm sure you'll achieve your goals! Best wishes, Kathy
To be clear, I still believe in hard work, but there’s a line between hard work and it taking you somewhere, moving up the ladder.. and slave work which keeps you stagnant and never gains anything for you or your future..which is why I reference “work smarter not harder”.
