Have you ever had those days when you feel lousy, a failure or just plain underachiever?
Well I felt that way this morning and practically the whole day.
How did I deal with it??
I realised I was genuinely not well, sore throat and runny nose BUT I thought it was because my tenant did not pay their rent on time!!
How could I make that connection??

Its easy once you get the hang of making false associations. I realised I made some life altering decisions in the past, which is to search for some shiny get rich quick gimmick or head back to my bookmarks which house some of the sales pages I really should ideally avoid (especially when I feel louzy!).
It is so incredible that even when you ARE making money you get hit by old habits and associations.
Great...So what now?
Well, I realized I first had to uncouple my physical unwell from my finances. My earning money has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with my finances at this particular time. It did before but it doesn't now and that is where I realized I was going to make old mistakes.
For the first time in a long time I am making enough money from all sectors of my investments and I nearly dipped into those while feeling crappy to try and make myself feel better.
Guess what that would have done?
It would have made me feel WORSE and I would have spiralled!
