Hicking is one of the pleasure that I just cannot live with out.
Last Febuary I found out I needed open heart surgery.
All things came to a stop.
After 6 months of rehab I finally have the energery to start up again, including my training here.
It was a slow progress (the training I a mean) Rehab went really well as I had a great group of other people just like myself working to goal of getting back our health
I am positive that I get the same support here at WA.
So I am starting downb the trail again here at WA, and training to get back on the hicking trail.
I am noit sure what a Tag is but I am sure I get help on that later
