Is she a member now? she might have signed up through someone else's affiliate link.
If she's a member and you can find her profile on here you might be able to see you referred her by scrolling down the page and see who was the first to welcome her to the community.

She has already upgraded to Premium and I have brought this issue to the attention of Kyle & Carson quite a.whle ago but haven't got a reply back from either.
