It's a Process or so say Jason Garrett the Dallas Cowboys head coach. Its cliché by seems to be true for most everything in life.

I believe everything is a process or most everything. You are an expert in nothing right way even though in today’s world everyone tries to sell over night sensations and instant success. Things are earned time is spent, a lot of time and energy and effort. Nothing easy is ever worth anything in the end.

I write this as a a new premium member. WA seems to be a example of follow those who have had success and work hard. Nothing is overnight riches, nothing is promised for instant success. But it sure seems if you put your nose to the grind and you are determined you can build yourself into success one step at a time.
