In the current fast changing media landscape targeted information is of the essence. Open transparent information will create trust and nowadays trust is your best sales argument. So don't act like your potential client is stupid. The old ways of marketing are no longer applicable.

It is the buyer who decides where to buy and when to buy it. Most likely they will buy from a party they trust and respect. It is no longer just the price being the sole decision to buy a product or service, it is also the online relationship that you have created through your ongoing transparent content delivery.

Aftersales and service are step two in the process. If you do that right as well a nice mechanism will appear being, your existing clients are willing to tell a friend either on social media or on a birthday party. It is important to give the client what they want....make then learn, like, trust and buy your products. Give them the utmost service possible and they will be ambassadors for a long time. Viral Marketing and communication works both ways, either negative or positive...good luck with selling.

Exactly Daffy, focus is a challenge in internet marketing. There is so much to learn, to show, to teach...use what u have and build from there. Remain within your comfort zone at first and gradually build knowledge from there..becoming expert over time....and Earn while you learn..it will keep you motivated
