Plan for a realistic future and set yourself up for success but never forget your dreams!
You should always stay focused on your current goals in life but it's very important to always have your dreams visible and on your mind. For example, I meditate every day in the morning and before I go to bed. I calm myself and let everything that happened that day process in my mind. Then slowly run through everything I want to do from that day all the way throughout my whole life. I just let my mind run on auto in a zen state which keeps me focused on my dreams/goals and also sparks new ideas. Then I write these new ideas down and keep this cycle going everyday.
Other good ways to keep you focused is to write down your goals big and small. Make sure you look at them before you sleep and when you wake up. Put them as a Desktop Background or make a poster or something so you can see them all the time. Every day you see it and it processes in your mind, it may spark a new idea and a new way to reach your dreams. Don't just put money as your goals. Think small on how your going to achieve these goals and also think big on why you've set these goals. What are you going to do once you've achieved them? You need to understand your motivation or you will lose it. Always think about these everyday and adjust as needed because our minds are ever changing.
Even if your dreams fail, you’ll feel proud you gave it your all to accomplish them and have no regrets. Accomplishing the smallest dreams will spark even bigger dreams. It will attract some attention the bigger your dreams are, even from negative people who will criticize you. You should use this as motivation, and it will fuel your drive as you prove them wrong.
