My progress so far

It has been almost 2 months since I started my training here at wealthy affiliate. I started by going to an affiliate group on Facebook. I was skeptical to say the least. I popped open a new tab and did a google search of wealthy affiliate. One of the first things I had seen was something about a scam. I clicked on the link and it was a guy talking about a some comparison stuff. I got hooked in to reading it. Wealthy affiliate is not a scam, It seemed more like a college where you can meet people interested in the same stuff you are. The best part of my reading of that young mans blog was this, The first month was only $19 no tax. Wow! Finally something chap and inexpensive that works, that I can invest into, in order to better my self and my families future! People will pay for college for 4 years for a degree that most never go on to use in their respected field. Why would you not pay $49 a month, every month after, for investing in your future. In these past few months I have created an awesome website. I have become an affiliate of Amazon, eBAy, and other companies. I have connected with a vast array of people from all walks of life, and a lot of them more advanced than me with massive following's on social media. Speaking of social media Because of the training I have my site ranked, followers up On Facebook, Instagram, Google+. Twitter, And Pinterest. Ill be starting a LinkedIn soon. There is so much more than that. To much to remember. Jaxxy, The SEO tool we use is the best in the business. That alone is worth the $19-$49 a month!

What niche did I decide to go with?

If you are like most people, then you picked a micro niche and started your site as a base for future operations. I am not like most people however. I am and have always been The Brandman, or The BrandKing. I have always done good at PR, brand ambassador and advertising. I have done a lot of sales jobs where I was 3 positions in one, getting paid for 1. I decided enough was enough. After being curbed again by another company whom I helped grow, I decided it was time for me to do what I love and start something of my own. Your Brandking was born. Since I am jack of all traded and have knowledge in a lot of industries and fields, I figured it best to start off as affiliate marketer and add local and small businesses that I can fill around major retailers categories and pages. I am happy with how it is turning out. My wife and kids will be joining in soon, and together we are going to launch our own brand and have several business ideas in the works. Wealthy affiliate has changed my outlook on life, and will eventually change my family's life altogether.

My plans and goals for the next 3 months - 6 months.

I am a firm believer in routine. wake up, meditate, work-out, take the kids to school, eat, do the dishes, learn, learn, learn, grow, grow, grow. pick the kids up, spend some time with them and the Mrs. Learn, grow, some more. My goals are pretty much straight forward and simple. Everyday I will work on learning the formula until it becomes second nature, and I have a passive income out of it. I will work constantly on building my following on all my social sites, I will continue to grow and get better at blogging. my goal by the fifth month is to be putting out a new blog every other day at least. By 3 months I hope to at least have 50 referrals for both Jaaxy and wealthy affiliate. by 6 months I hope to be up to at least 200 referrals in both! once the snowball starts moving it will be an avalanche.

Stay focused. Don't give up. Truth be told, you will not see the fruit of your labor for months, if not at least a year, depending on your skill level. Stay focused. You have to gain trust, within the search engines, as well as people in general. Do not take a day off! Do not become complacent! Remember, the only one who can improve your bottom lime is you. One year, 4 years, 10 years has to go by no matter what, with, or without you. where do you want to be? What exactly is your goals? Your dreams? Go chase em'! We are creators! Go create!
