Amanda Lear topped the (continental European) disco charts with Follow Me in 1978.
P.S. The lists of people you follow and the list of people who follow you are still there: the pictures are inserted in chronological order. The first member you followed/the first member who followed you are on the bottom of the list. If you scroll down slowly, you get there quickly.
