Super Affiliate Training groups
I have posted this as a reply to another post, but I feel the need to expand on the situation as I see it.
I would dearly like to be in Kyle's group but as it appears it is going to be selective, I am not holding my breath.
If I don't make it, I have a plan B which includes, but does not solely consist of, joining groups led by Bo and Dave and hopefully I can pick up Kyle's output from secondary sources here in WA
If members don't get into Kyle's group, please stay positive, as the main training here will get you through, albeit in a little longer time frame.
Working methodically through the Certification and Bootcamp courses is a wonderful and fun way to build and grow your business and will certainly get you to the point you want to be at; the additional courses opened in here by Kyle, Bo and Dave will certainly accelerate the learnig, but may not be for everyone, due to the commitment required in your time planning.
I hope we all find what we are searching for, whether in the short term or over a longer period.

We all have what it takes within us to succeed. Everything you need to move forward is here in the training just master it. As you do you will expose yourself to other skills you will get good at and so on. The real key is persistence, consistency and a commitment to get better every day. If you have that you have all you need.

I'm just as confident I will pickup on these issues though slower on the regular training track
I can commit to 12 hours a day if need be but other things get in the way, like family commitments which can't be avoided sometimes.
Working your way through the training along with developing your website isn't easy, in fact, I would go so far to say that it is damn difficult especially if you are trying to learn everything you need to learn.
I personally am enjoying all this learning and giving yourself a long-term goal will allow you to focus and not give in.
People who come into this giving themselves 3-6 months will only fall flat on their faces and end up calling it a day.
Look at the bigger picture and be reasonable about timescales. I am giving myself 1-3 years which don't get me wrong will flyby and this way I am not putting myself under pressure to succeed.

I missed all this in relation to the super affiliate groups, what's going on? (I have not been logged into WA too often and have not seen it)

Kyle has a super affiliate training group coming up but I suspect this group is already over subscribed.

Kyle is going to choose to personally mentor a few of us to become "super affiliates" and that has lit a fire here in the community. If that was Kyle's purpose, he is definitely succeeding as we know that Kyle cannot personally mentor the hundreds who would like to be in the special training group. There are also several "groups" being started within the WA community to work together as training groups on certain subjects. - Shirley
Great point, Terry.
These groups will be helpful but they are not essential as has been proved by the many who have experienced massive success through their own personal efforts.
I find that accountability is helpful and some need it more than others.
However, when people have unrealistic expectations of their ability to commit - and I mean ability, not willingness - it can be counter-productive to do so as they will become overwhelmed and it could become the end game for them when it need not have been.

Great point. Follow the instruction steps exactly. Be like a child, absorb it without temptation to skip or change instructions.
Hi Terry. I didn't apply to join Kyle's Super Affiliate group because I wouldn't pick myself if I were him, but I am nevertheless very motivated right now to do well and, like you, expect I can pick up on secondary output. (I have just commented on littlemama's post that I will hang onto her tail if, as I expect, she gets chosen.)
You make a great point telling people to stay positive if they are not chosen. I think what he, as the boss, has chosen to do is different from what Bo and Dave are doing. It may be a brilliant move, but it could also backfire on him and disappoint / alienate a lot of members.

Yes I agree Kyle may be taking a calculated gamble here but, in the event members are not selected, throwing the toys out of the pram would not be the solution
"That'll teach him" my give instant gratification but will not do you any good if you allow any exclusion to cloud your judgement for more than a nanosecond.
I sincerely hope backfiring and alienation are absolutely minimal.

Yes, let's hope that members here are sufficiently 'adult' to get over their disappointment if they don't get chosen.
I do some private teaching and find that children are very sensitive if they feel they are missing out on something, even if they didn't particularly want it in the first place. 'But I wanted it!', 'But I wanted to!' are the shouts I then hear. So I have learned to be very careful...
Actually, I commend Kyle on being willing to work with a group to ensure they are successful by mentoring them himself. Just proves even more how much Kyle and Carson support the members here. I hope there is no alienation because of it. I did apply but I wouldn't pick me either; however it did make me more determined to succeed through my own accountability this year. - Shirley
Like you, Shirley, I am now more determined to succeed through my own accountability this year. And so far, since I decided this, I have been working on here every day and I am making good progress so far.
Well said Terry, the thing about positive knowledge and skill sets is that they help us to get to where we want to be, the thing about WA is that the knowledge base is so deep and like you say we can pick it up just by being here and engaging.
