Up and Running!
While having my morning coffee I was reflecting on what my day should be. I am really tired today and it would be so easy to just sit back and do nothing! I already slept in till 8 am! I am usually up around 5:30. This day feels like all the coffee in the world would not be enough!
However, during my reflective state I reminded myself that the only way to get my business up and running is to keep myself in the race. My training here is going well. I am so excited about how my sites are coming together as I learn.
The community has been so encouraging and helpful and reading each others blogs have inspired me at times when I was a little depleted. Thank you all for such encouraging and insightful blogs and training!
So I am up and running! Come on day, lets get it on!

You might need to stop and breathe and smell the roses. Give yourself permission to take a break. I am certain you have earned it!

Though I totally encourage a productive day to keep up the good work and continue to work on your success, I do also suggest taking a day to yourself when its needed!! Let your brain rest and dont overload yourself. I know this from experience from when I first started around the exact same time you did. I pushed and pushed so hard that I totally over did it and wound up sick. Not listening to what your body is telling you can be a sign of things to come. Besides when I was feeling better after two days of my break, it was like my brain was back and I had absorbed all this awesome stuff!! I was refreshed and it felt great!!
