Google search using different browsers

Hi all,

I have tested one of my keywords in Google on 4 browsers Firefox, Chrome, Torch and Internet explorer using Google search engine.

Now when I go to Google search tab in Firefox, Internet explorer or Torch and type my keyword, I see my page on first page. BUT when I do search on Chrome with same keyword, my website is not to be found at all in any of the pages 1 -10.

Does anyone know was Chrome result is different from the other browsers?

Makes me wonder if your chrome is infected with malware.

thanks for the duckduckgo.com website. great search engine

Good Question, my good friend Terenzia! I really don't know, if I ask my marketing Prof tomorrow, he'll spend 2 days explaining from the tower of Ivory! So, I'll pass on it this time ...but I'll be looking for responses you get or your report of results. I suspect Chrome just had a bad hair day when you Posted!

Hi all,

Thanks for all the contributions. I started doing the process and will let you know my outcome.

Thanks to all of you

You should use private surfing on your browser (safari) or new private window (firefox), otherwise you will see your rankings higher than other people.

Interesting. I've heard something like that before. It's frustrating.

Hi macey321,

I would let you know

Terenzia

download ccleaner from piriform and let it clear your history and cache for you...then use duckduckgo.com, and take it from there...

Hi Andy, Have you heard of startpage.com ? Is this what duckduckgo essentially is?

1

looks pretty similar...I like the way duck incorporates video results and you just scroll down to have it continually load more results..6 of one and half a dozen of the other...

1

Ok, that's pretty clear. Thanks for replying.
