Learning To Write Effectively
I am going to write another short post today on writing. Kyle sent me a great link which reminded me on how to effectively shorten my time writing. I usually spend between 2 and 6 hours gathering material and research on an article. My particular niche requires very accurate information and I like to back it with research. I realize I have been a bit sloppy of late by not citing sources at the end of my articles. That is OK as long as you site your source in your articles. There are various methods to writing, In college I was required to write everything in APA format, there is also MAL which is more commonly used in most colleges and universities.
I wanted to help you with ways to improve writing skills or questions you may have about formatting and citation in your work. I am going to provide a link to one of the most prestigious online sites for article writing. Here you can learn about many methods of writing, starting with basics. This was the go to website when I was in college mentioned by many professors.
Be Professional
One thing that adds credibility to your site is showing good grammar, punctuation, and the ability to site sources correctly. A hint, let your creative thoughts flow, do not worry about miss spelled words to your are done. Those things can be corrected with the flick of a button.
