Well, I have been pretty scarce on the internet lately. I have recently found out why I have been having such a hard time staying awake and having no energy, turn's out I have sleep apnea.

So I am in the process of getting that figured out, which I have a cpap machine now that is somewhat helping, but I just got it 3 day's ago and they are still trying to get my pressure just right.

After the weekend is up they will check my report's again and go from there, look's like they will be needing to bump the pressure up because I am maxing out but it isn't holding my airway open.

So hopefully after next week I will have energy again. All I have been able to do is just work and sleep. I don't have the energy to do much else. I have actually been missing out on work because of it. I drive a tractor trailer for a living and I won't drive if I haven't gotten enough rest.

So once I get all this figured out, I will be working on my site's again, but until then, I plan to try understanding the best way's to write article's for SEO for when I get back to writing article's I'll hopefully get ranked.

I ended up changing a setting that I thought I had changed when I started posting article's, pertaining to the URL. So after I changed the setting to the way I wanted the URL's to be, I didn't think about it when I did it, but all of my ranked content with search engine's lost rank all together and nor only a few thing's are ranked but they are bad link's.

Lesson learned :-/
