My Journey So Far!
Hello all and I am sorry it has taken me this long to post anything!
I started my journey with Wealthy Affiliate back in 2013 - 2014 when I was still wet behind the ears and a greenie to affiliate marketing and the internet marketing world. I had no clue what I was doing and became so lost back then that I left Wealthy Affiliate which is a decision I now regret.
After I left WA I stopped working online all together because I just didn't understand anything about it. I was a young kid that thought working online was the unicorn people chased when they no longer wanted to work a regular job.
At the end of 2017 and into 2018 I decided I wanted to be my own boss and thought working online would be a piece of cake and I would never have to see another boss again. Man was I mistaken, one year and many hours working for the same job I am no closer to quitting my job than I was when I first started.
I have tried everything from blogging to e commerce trying to find the right area to work in that can take me to the level I wish to be. a friend of mine talked me into trying WA again in January of this year and I will admit I was very skeptical because of my first experience. Now at first I thought, OK it has had a touch up since I was last here, but I bet nothing has really changed.
To my surprise after going through a lot of the training and talking back and forth with some members here I saw that either this company has changed a lot or over the year I have grown and understand a lot more than I did when I signed up 5 years ago.
Because of the knowledge I have now over what I had then I am able to understand the training from this group a lot more and now can see how people are making money from selling this training course and blogging in general.
Earlier I said leaving WA the first time was a mistake on my part because I wonder where I would be now if I would have just stuck it out and learned what I could for the last five years and how much money I could have possibly made. I know I would be 100 times better as a blogger that's for sure.
However, I will not let that hold me back this go around and I have been flying through the training from both departments absorbing as much knowledge as I possibly can. I plan on staying for quite sometime because I am interested to see what kind of marketer this training will make me.
I look forward to working with every single one of you and I can not wait to sit around and chat sometime.

Welcome back, Terry! I work on this very slow on the side of my daily errands, but I am not willing to give up. Cheers! :)
Great post!
It's nice to be back, but it was not a mistake
to leave. You were not ready and you were wasting
your time.
It would have been a mistake not to retry and now you
are among us and I'm sure you will keep your head out of the
water this time.
I wish you a great journey!
