Can you define "comments about my website links" please? Comments are really already on your site, so I don't really understand what you are asking.

I have purchased my domain name. Do I used to it promote my WA site? Please help!!!
I appreciate your response Nathaniell. But per Kyle recommendation in one of the lessons, can promoting my WA site generate a consistent cash flow? While working on creating my own niche in the up coming days I would like to be able to make some $ with my WA site.

Absolutely you can earn through promoting WA, but in order to this you need to focus and invest energy into building your website. If you are promoting WA, follow through the bootcamp, this is the best path to get there.
If it is relevant, by all means. You should be working through the bootcamp if you are interested in promoting WA as it will walk you through the entire process.
It depends what kind of domain you purchased. You can certainly use it to promote WA here https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/wa-affiliate-bootcamp-starting-your-foundation/day-1-getting-rolling or you can use it to promote any other product you like by using the training here https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/online-entrepreneur-certification-getting-started-level-1/getting-rolling
