You only need to ask a question once, and this has been responded to already: Pointing dns servers to clickfunnels? As members ourselves we all do try to respond in a timely manner but sometimes you will find that you need to wait.

Thanks for your reply, I did actually post the questions in two different classrooms or so I thought .... did not realise the same people would see them both, I posted in WA main forum and in the email marketing support.... I am quite aware that sometimes it takes longer to get an answer, but assumed i was posting to different groups with different knowledge.
I apologise if you believed I was being impatient or discourteous in any way, but I assure you that was not my intention.

I am new to this i started WA last week as a tarter i just became a premium member .Anyway's i gave my website a name but later i found that i made a spelling mistake and the lesson clearly states that the grammar is supposed to be flawless. How can i correct my niche or name of my website im trying to proceed with the next lesson wich is lessn 6
I think you can backup the site but y ou will have to buy a new domain name and then upload the information to the new site.
I know that would be possible through an ftp transfer but you would have to buy a new domain.
Then transfer the domain to your girlfriend's hosting after you have transferred your site. Make sure that everything works before you transfer it. She can do whatever she wants after that
I would suggest she delete the site because google will penalize you both for having duplicate content.
So maybe if one of you just started a new site from scratch that might save a bunch of stress. I know that can be touchy in these sort of matters especially with all the work put into it but duplicate content is a big no-no.
Well those are your options as far as I know.

Thanks Marlinda1..... luckily had only just set up the site so not much content at all, and she is having her own site built from scratch.... I will wait till she is ready and transfer the domain name, in the meantime i will start from scratch with a new site.
We parted on good terms and are still friends so thankfully no dramas.

1) Purchase a domain name and start from scratch for your site.
2) If the domain name was purchased within the last 60 days, you will have to wait to transfer ownership to her until that time. She will need to pay for another year of registration at the time the transfer is made. In the meanwhile, once she has established a hosting account somewhere else, just update the DNS to point to her hosting. You will need to backup the site using something like WP clone, and then she will need to restore the site to her new hosting account.

I think you might have to change your theme. I had a similar problem with no comment or cotact box, just a link to a contact box. if you go into themes and check out the demos on a few to see which ones have what you require that might solve your problem. hope this helps

Are you seeing the email showing you have a comment on your Site Ribux menu? The light blue one? Are you requesting comments through the Comments Platform on WA?

I have an email from a member after I requested comments in WA. It was sent to my gmail account I set up for wordpress, but does not show up in wordpress under comments. I don't have a siterubix menu?
If someone has left you a comment they have done one or two things.
They have gone directly to your live website and put a comment there. In this case it will show up next to your comments on the menu in wordpress admin
or
They have left you a comment here on the WA platform. This is accessed from the SiteRubix Menu on your WA.. it is the light blue icon you use to access your site manager, feedback, comments etc.. You will see a red circle on this menu to alert you to it.
On both occasions you will take an email to your gmail account indicating this activity! Just to alert you to the fact
Oh dear I have no red circle or comments listed in the siterubix menu and no comments in wordpress, but I definitely have an email telling me someone has made a comment. I'm now really confused.
im going to try rebooting my pc it may be a glitch ?

Sadly no, I have tried rebooting, and have double checked to make sure my pages are set up to allow comments, but am still baffled as to why they are not appearing in wordpress. or in the siterubix menu.
If you are not getting anything check with the support team to make sure everything is right!!!
