Hey Terry,
I am still a "Newbie", but my observation is that from what I can see the motivation is there and the desire shows. I think each of
us progresses at a different rate and you are the one who knows you the best. Each person has to decide for themselves where they stand and your progress is monitored on daily basis and as
your rank number gets lower, that gives you an indication of how you are doing. So, just keep on keeping on and you will be fine.
