One Year Anniversary!

So very happy to login today to see that I have officially been part of the WA community for a year. The journey has been a fulfilling one already and I'm only looking forward to leveling up in the year to come.

Some of my notable personal accomplishments over the past year include revamping my original website, building three additional websites, populating all of those websites with steady streams of content, achieving my first affiliate sales, as well as sales of my own personal digital products, forming new relationships with brands I've always dreamed of working with, starting a new book manuscript, receiving book review inquiries, outlining my own freelance writing course (to be launched in the next several weeks), and becoming super clear on what I want to do with each of my websites and how I want my life as a location-independent writer to look.

I'm so incredibly thankful to Wealthy Affiliate and its members for the support I've received over the last year as I worked through transferring websites to the platform, building new sites, learning how to implement affiliate links, learning how best to optimize content, keeping me accountable to a regular weekly writing habit, and so much more.

In the year ahead, I look forward to publishing another book manuscript (that'll be lucky #3!), finishing and launching my freelance writing course and providing others with the foundation to start their own location-independent business, spending the rest of the spring improving my surfing skils in Costa Rica, leading my first guided backpacking trips in Lake Tahoe, California, and moving to a new home in Santa Cruz in the fall.

In closing, I just want to let those in the community know that truly anything is possible if you set your mind to it, work at it (notice I didn't say "work hard"), commit to improving, and, most importantly, if you believe that you can succeed and that you deserve to succeed (hint hint: you do deserve it!).
