Hi - yes, but some of the products offered on there are of low quality. You need to study them carefully to be sure that you are not promoting something which customers will be unhappy with.

When first starting out, you made have issues like that. But soon things will fall into place. As everyone mentioned, submit a site support ticket. They will help you resolve that issue.

Hey Tangeoklin. Reaching out to support is a good idea. If I may add one suggestion, it would be to check out the wordpress plugin BackWPup (https://backwpup.com/). It allows you to enable manual and automatic backups of your site, which can really help when s*** hits the fan :-)
Best to do if problems arise for him is contacting Site Support. They can easily see what is going on and as WA makes backups regularly, they could even restore his website and content.
