WA's Tech Support Is Awesome Sauce!
I just wanted to send a quick post boasting on WA's Tech support because when someone does an awesome job we need to shout it from the rooftops!
For weeks I've been battleing getting my site claimed on Pinterest. Little miss "not so techy" (me) wasn't putting codes where they needed to go or some dumb thing and I have a very large following on Pinterest and this was something I really needed to get fixed because I felt I was probably missing out on a lot of traffic to my website by not haveing the web address on my page.
Well, as usual Tammy(me) thinks she's smarty pants enough to do EVERYTHING herself! NOT! So I finally just sent a message to tech support and told them what was needed and not working for me and asked if they could help. They responded "NO PROBLEM" We placed the code where it was needed, try claiming your site now. So I did and WHAMITY BAMITY IT WORKED! Just like that! Dang, why did I not just do that weeks ago? Urg!
My point is of course to praise tech support for quicky fixing an issue I was having but to also let all of you know that they are there for you if you should need their help. Don't waste weeks of time and lost traffic like I did by thinking your smarter than the average tech bear if your really not. Do the things your good at and let others do the things your not good at and you will have a much better result!
