Spammers coming thru Contact Form

One Thing that really annoys the heck out of me is spam email coming through my blog contact form. I currently use the Contact 7 plugin. I have hard enough time getting legit traffic through without having to take time to read through BS.
So Here is my Question to all of you. #1 Do you have the same Problem? #2 If so, what program, contact form, spam plugin, etc to combat this problem?
