How to improve anything in your life?

Today I would like to write about Ho’oponopono technique and how to bring harmony and peace within you.
For those who maybe didn't hear about Ho'oponopono, I will give you short introduction. Ho'oponopono is ancient Hawaiian techniques of problem solving. It was modernized and updated by Morrnah Simeona. Problems are solved by cleaning and finding our own peace within ourselves while taking full responsibility.
When we are talking about full responsibility it is not only responsibility related to us, but also to everything that is surrounding us. In other words total responsibility for your life means that everything in your life what you see, hear, taste, touch, experience is your responsibility.
Huh, that is really hard to accept, and when you accept it, there is whole new experience of life.
So how this cleaning process looks like and what should we do to heal ourselves?
We have to keep saying “I love you”, “I am sorry”, “Please forgive me” and “Thank you”.
Loving ourselves is the greatest way to improve ourselves, and as we improve ourselves we improve the world.
I will tell you how this works. Today one of my colleagues sent me an email that was rude and attacking. In the past I would handle it emotionally, usually defending myself or attacking him back. Today I decided to use Ho’oponopono silently saying “I am sorry”, “Please forgive me”, Thank you” and “I love you”. I didn’t say it to anyone, just doing the healing process within me that created this situation. After some time I wrote an answer to this colleague and he replayed me with friendly “Thank you”.
Dr Joe Vitale said: “Whenever you want to improve anything in your life, there’s only one place to look: inside you. And when you look, do it with love”.
I encourage you to try this technique in any situation that you don’t feel peacefully and let me know does it work for you.
