Best feedback ever
Hello my dear friends,
Two days ago I have asked for a site feedback and received one of the best feedbacks ever. Karen, who gave me a feedback explained me in detail how to improve my site in a very constructive way. Karen thank you so much for the given effort. I really appreciate it.
Usually, I have received feedback that my pages look really nice and professional, and should continue the good work. Although I was glad to hear this kind of feedback, it is not beneficial because let's face it there is always something to be improved.
So, how to give a Feedback?
For me, the best way to give and receive feedback is in a form of constructive criticism sandwich. It is very well described in the following picture.

Why is it important to give a constructive feedback?
My dear friends, let's try to give as constructive feedback as possible to other community members. Invest your time and help others to grow. Helping others to grow you will grow too.

Great Blog. Any body can say nice job,your site looks good, but if you point out places they can improve, they may not do it exactly as you say, but it gets them thinking of better ways to do it and the learn and end up with a better site! Good Job Tamara!
Glad you look at it that way and im glad of the honesty when leaving/recieving comments.
But, it does not always work positively, l left a site feedback this week,i was not negative but honest about image placement etc, i was so heart broken when my feedback was taken badly,the person wanted me to say all is ok but in my eyes as a site visitor, it was not.
I am sorry to hear that. Sometimes people don't want to hear the true. I hope that this will not discourage you to leave honest feadback to others using sandwich feedback technique :-)
