From the start of designing my own solar panel website with the intentions to be applying for affiliate programs once I had enough traffic and rank on google.

But I had no idea how to create valuable posts ?

I had no idea how to get ranked in google?

I had no idea how to even target a audience?

Now where was I ? I was in a predicament where I had done a hell of a load of doing and not enough thinking. Surely there's somebody who could help me with all of this, someone who's done all of this and could cut my research time in half when it comes to finished out how all this is done.

So I searched for programs in the online marketing sector and had to narrow my view to affiliate marketing (A great way to earn money online if I must say). So I found a program that had everything I needed and all that I wanted BUT it was R10 000/$600 so that wasn't an option due to the fact that I didn't want to spend that much money from the start.

Then I asked a friend of mine who knew people in the industry and gave a bunch of references which I followed and narrowed down to just a few.

By trail and error I found myself at Wealthy Affiliate, A GREAT WEBSITE! That has now helped me through building a website, understanding the business, answering my questions and so much more. Almost straight after finishing the first training course I paid for the premium special offered in the first week which was a great price.

Following this program gave me inspiration and a direction into where I wanted to go.

Now I have a website and a ton of research knowledge including one on one discussion with skilled online marketers. I now know how to rank in google, how to target my audience and how to create valuable content. All I have to do is work hard and follow the rest of my training. IT'S AMAZING!!

The point of my post is that you need to understand what your going into before you dive into the deep end because it's going to take you anything from 5 times to 15 times more time to get complete your goals.

This is a brilliant program and I would suggest it to anyone, EVEN experts in the field.
