New idea need a feedback

Today, I'm open one of my idea with WA family.
it's still rough idea. help me to refine it.

any kind of opinion or feedback would be greatly appreciated. :-)

So, what is this idea about?

I love to self development and donate. showing result of my goal to people is great.
I can get many opinion from people. some one cheer me, some one teach me how to archive it.

this idea is based on that and some more.

Guarantee $1 for your goal. and set deadline. people will check on your goal and give you feedback.(cheer, how to archive it...)
you can set any goal you want to.
it can be like this 'lose 5 pounds in a two week' or 'stop smoking for month'
if you archive your goal and get confirmed by at least 5 person, you will get back your guaranteed money and guota.
if you don't make it, your guaranteed money will automatically donate to donation organization.(you can choose organization, and it will donated by your name) or donate to person who get most 'cheered'.
(most cheered person will get more quota. most cheered person will keep that position for week)

people can see how much money is in the 'Balloon'(vault) and reward when they archive goal.

all this process will be proceed transparently.

Donate to people or organization.(this will makes you feel better from failure)

Why $1?

Lot of money can bring trouble. and people are sceptical about that.
You can guarantee more. but it's not going back to you. you will still get $1 + guota.
least of money will donate to organization or most cheered person.
