Good site, agree need some colour and possibly some pictures on the title areas of the blog to tempt me in and read further.

A question here regarding keyword research. If the Searches/month and Traffic/month are less than 10 but low competition, will you use that keyword?

... it has 300 searches w/ 51 potential traffic w/ a QSR of 11 and 97 SEO - I think that is really pretty good. - combine that with 4 or 5 others, and voila, you'll have a pretty decent pull (not huge but good).
.. go back and review the video on using Jaaxy - it a great tool!
I wouldnt, its not worth it. If I recall correctly Kyle recommends 50 or more searches a month. I think about it like this: say 50 people search a keyword that is low competition, only a certain number will go to your site, and only a percentage of that number will click on areas that potentially earn you income.
So 50 people search a keyword, maybe 20 click on your site, and of that, maybe 2 click on an ad or an affiliate link. These are my estimated numbers but my opinion is even 50 searches a month is low and 10 just wouldnt be worth creating content around that word.
