Oh those "F" words!
While still getting my bearings here, Fear has cropped up. I've actually had situations where I've gotten a Flip-Floppy stomach before clicking a button, since I'm afraid I'm going to 'break something' (LoL)
One day, while I was supposed to be completing WA tasks, I fell victim to S.O.S. (Shiny Object Syndrome) - and the next thing you know - I found myself in FB Land...where of course we all know, everything posted is true! ;-)
Just when I needed it most, I came across something valuable, and it made me have a bit of an Aha moment. I can now look at certain "F" words differently:
False
Evidence
Appearing
Real
...and the next time you think of the word 'Fail', maybe this will help:
First
Attempt
In
Learning
I've jotted these down in my notebook and marked the page, so I can quickly look there when need be. Here are a couple of non "F" words:
Effort
Never
Dies
...and...
Next
Opportunity
Next time these dreaded words creep in, maybe we can't point our grey matter in a different direction
To everyone here, All the Best & Great Success!

...Truly appreciate this perspective on growth. There are always moments where doubt and overthinking can deter my progress and these are great reminders that I do not have to succumb, but fly fearless through them.
I also like: "Motivation wavers where habits are not formed."
Thank you for being here...respectfully David
I appreciate your comment David. I know what you mean about overthinking, and have to be careful of 'Analysis Paralysis'. I like your quote too, so Thanx for sharing!

Here's one for you ... Fear of Screwing Up. Being fairly well educated (BS Eng & MBA) I thought this training would be easy peasy. Wrong!
I'm old technology. Digital technology didn't even exist in my professional world until very late in my career.
So I've been constantly battling the fear of screwing up and it has really slowed the learning process. The associated angst in the beginning was not much fun either.
