Go! go! go! goals!
10 Day! 30 Day! 6 Months! 1 Year! GO! GO! GO! GOALS!
Sometimes those words can sound like a high school cheer. I'm not sure if I like that. I'm not sure if I want to like that. I was a high school cheerleader once. It felt fake. I had no interest in football or basketball or rallies. My desire for connection to my fellow students just couldn't over ride that fact. Hence, my career in high school cheer didn't last long at all. Likewise, many of the goals I've made in life didn't last long either. Just like those cheers, they felt fake and the desire for connection to them was never really found.
So, as I begin my journey into Online Entrepreneurship within Wealthy Affiliate, and as I complete this task as a part of my journey towards success, how can I make goals that don't feel fake? How can I make goals that I will actually accomplish? Ironically, I believe the answers are to be found in cheers! Not the cheers of a high school cheer leading team, nor the cheers of a crowd watching silly skits in a rally. No. These cheers are coming from you! From the members of Wealthy Affiliate who have already, in 1 day, left me enough encouraging words to shake me out of doubt and disbelief and into an excited awareness that I CAN REACH MY GOALS!
These cheers are real. They are not for a game. They are for my life. They are not from a crowd I can't possibly know, but from a community who has already begun to reach out to me and to show that they will connect with me. These cheers are coming from members who will teach me and work with me and show me the steps to take. These cheers will continue until I reach my goals!
10 Day GO! GO! GO! GOAL!- Regain balance in my daily routine with my family life and the care of our home. Relax and enjoy the visit from our youngest son who will be on military leave. Find my niches. Build 2 websites. Become a premium member.
30 Day GO! GO! GO! GOAL!- Learn 2 new worship songs and the new love song my husband Frank just wrote. Get caught up on the bookkeeping. Finishing weeding the "Secret Garden". Get photos of the garden. Build traffic to my webpages. Become a WA affiliate. Finish all starter level and WA affiliate training material and tasks.
6 Month GO! GO! GO! GOAL!-Help our middle daughter research and select which college to attend. Research and select a full time professional level ballet training program for our youngest daughter. Plan a monthly sleepover visit with all the grandchildren. Reconnect with all past students via social media. Take a 3 day holiday with my husband. Share WA with 300 people I have never met. Share WA with all my family and friends within my social media sites.
1 Year GO! GO! GO! GOALS!-Drive to the beach in my husbands fully restored 1955 Studebaker Wagon. Fly our eldest son and his family back to California for a nice long visit. Sing at the Redwood Gospel Mission once a month. Join Campus Crusade on all our local college campuses to welcome new students to our community. Build a website for every niche that I have learned and enjoyed in my life. Build 3 websites based on new niches I am currently learning. Find 5 new ways to expand my online business presence.
