My "Why"

I was causally browsing the internet one day when I came across this "other site" that was talking about a system to make money on the internet that sounded intriguing. Now, mind you, I was on the internet because I currently work from home as an RN educator, which I love. However, I work two full time jobs which I don't love. I have been looking for a way to get rid of one, if not both of those jobs to be able to spend more time with my ever growing family. In the picture above, you see my family at my son's wedding with one precious little granddaughter. Since that time, we have added two grandsons. Also not pictured were one longtime boyfriend who we are sure will be a son-in-law soon and another almost year long boyfriend that is also looking very much like a future son-in-law.

Since this picture, my husband has been fortunate enough to retire which is awesome! Now, it is my turn. ha! However, for me to be able to retire, I have to retain a good income so that we can afford to have insurance and we want to be able to completely spoil our grandkids (and their parents) now and then. :)

So back to the "browsing the internet", that is how I found myself on this other site that drew my attention. However, I am an RN and never take anything at face value. I research before I just jump. My research led me to confirm what my gut was telling me. It was a little "too good to be true". However, I did find a post by a WA affiliate that sounded way more legitimate, so naturally, I did more research and ended up here. That was less than a week ago.

I decided if I was going to really make a run at quitting both of my jobs, I needed to be all in. So, I signed up for the year of premium and haven't looked back. I have already built my first website, have created my About Me page and Privacy Policy and have them published. I know what my first three niches are and my husband and I are currently researching the fourth. I don't say this to boast at all, because they might be utter failures. I say this so that I can look back at this post on days when things are going the way I had hoped and remind myself of my "why". Anything worth having is going to be hard work. You will get out of it what you are willing to put into it. I am working for as much time as I can get with my awesome (almost fully pictured) family above and that is worth the long hours, frustrating setbacks, learning curves, small and large victories along the way.

I wish all of you the very best along your journey and that you always remember your "why".
