Help me?
I've messed up so bad :( My WA site was messed up and they said it was fixed but on my end it wasn't so was going to go and delete that and start over and it apparently don't work that way :( I hope you are having a good day and staying safe.
I pray this virus will soon be gone and everyone can have their life back. I pray for those who lost jobs or layed off. Those people that might be going hungary. Those that are sick and dying. My prayers are with all.
Well if anyone has any idea on what I should do with my brand new URL I just go and can't get into now that I've messed up let me know.

I'm really sorry to hear that you re having problems with your site Susan. Have you tried contacting Site Support? There have been a couple times where I had issues with my site, and Site Support not only fixed the problems, but got it resolved quickly.

Hi Brandy, well I think it's okay now I guess they fixed it because I don't think it was anything I did but I'm so glad it's up and going. What is really wonderful is how many people were willing to help. Thank you so much.
I have messed up my website I and am also looking for help. I hope you get sorted out. I would love to be able to pick the site i like and simply press go. I am not a techie person, sorry that I can not help. Regarding the virus, you are a good girl for wishing everybody all the best while the nightmare goes on. I know that I feel for everybody also. Howdy Susan, you mention you deleted your URL, did you go back to your domain names and check your settings? When I restarted once I cleaned everything out including deleting my domain name and I had to reset something in my settings I just don't recall what I clicked on but when I did it I got my domain name back and came back to life. I don't know if I was any help perhaps more confusing, good luck Susan I wish you the best........... Joe

Well, when I first got my URL I started setting it up and it wasn't the way I had been doing it. Anyway when i when to the builder it would not let me build. I went around that and built one thought it was working but when i would put in the URL, it went to a hello world page instead. Support look said they did something and it was up and working. But I had already built a theme, post and all and it would still go back to the Hello world one. I would also get this message that there was already a sight built with the URL. I deleted in the website area at WA now I can't get in at all says access denied. I don't know what to do and trying to tell support over email is something that just didn't work out. So I don't know I want that url and it does still show up in my WA
Okay Susan let's understand things.
(1) URL unit record locator is the address of the website more OR less an address.
(2) are you confusing the term URL with DOMAIN name perhaps because that's what you do in the builder, in the very beginning you decide on a domain name it is searched if okay purchase it or go free then use that domain name to build your website.
(3) from that point on once you have built your website you now have something addressable which a URL would point at.
Now this is my understanding of your question, perhaps I am reading it wrong or perhaps can clarify it a little better for me or better yet let's get some booze and forget the whole thing LOL...... Joe
