The Importance of Consistency in the Recipe for Success.

First of all, would like to wish everyone a beautiful evening and with the hopes you and yours are safe and happy. I am truly so thrilled to be here and be apart of this community, going through and haven met some of the incredible folks that make up WA and the personalized attention from the owners has made this one of the most exciting ventures I have ever been apart of. I believe in WA and all of you.

I was thinking today as I had my morning coffee about how I can make this as succesful as possible and I realized that for the most excited I have been about an opportunity and or "new job" as I am about WA, I haven't been doing the one thing I have always stressed to sales teams in my other past ventures.

To me, one of the most important key ingredients to the recipe for success is Consistency. I mean this as broadly as I can easily utter the word. I remember for my basketball playing days, I from the time I was ten years old would methodically prepare the same way for games. In highschool it was a Nine Inch Nails mix on the bus from the time we left for an away game till before warm up, it was being the first one in the gym for practice everyday to do the same free throw/follow up drills, i was consistent because I wanted to be the best. I never thought about it at the time because I was a kid, but consistency has always been a big part of my life.

Professional and Personal Consistency go hand in hand for me. If we get in the practice of doing the same thing each and every day broken down from days to week I feel this builds the most successful individuals in any medium. For me, it has always been the following:

1. Coffee- I cannot function without it to begin my day. Up at 6:30 coffee by 7:00.

2. Working out- I start my workouts every morning at 7:30, a mix of Abs, Arms, Legs and Cardio. I usually finish around 8:30, I do this Monday through Sunday, I feel like crap if I don't work out, it sets the stage for my day. Physically and Mentally.

3. Listen to whatever strikes my mood as I prepare for my day, no calls, no conversations, just my music and my notepad.

4. Every Single Day I sit down and start the work day with 5 attainable goals I must reach before I finish that day's final work hour. I make myself go until each is done, but in the past it has been things I need to attend to with clients or training for staff, etc. For WA I am going to start tomorrow with going through and setting five goals within site I wish to achieve, etc.

5. Things to Do List, Follow ups, Making sure that I have in front of me a map of things that have to be done in order to move forward with any given day. I feel like having it written in front of me with a little box to mark complete ensures I don't forget the days objectives, so I can say I did everything I could to accomplish the end result I am looking for.

6. Officially Start My Day

These are just six brief examples of things I have done in the past and rest assured after the last lesson and reading the ambassadorship program details I will begin to do with WA tomorrow.

I think consistency is discipline and discipline and hard work are the meat and potatoes of any successful person no matter the undertaking. I remember my grandfather when I had joined the Navy told me something I have carried with me an never forgot. "Be the Best of the Best and Better than the rest. Whether you clean toilets at McDonalds or run a big company, give it your all baby." I believe in these words and live by them.

WA has given me a reason to be excited again, and it is because of all of you.

Anyway, just feeling inspired after my last lesson and have been thinking about how I need to start really digging in at a less than superficial level on here. I am so excited to be here and again, many blessings to you and yours this beautiful Thursday Evening!

Warmest Regards,

Loni Hall
