I want to be able to write my content of a post over a picture. Like texting over a image when using photoshop.
Hello
I'm assuming you are asking if that can be done right in Wordpress? To my knowledge, it is not a feature that is available. Many people will use Canva to create image files with writing overtop. It is a very quick and easy app to use. Canva==> https://www.canva.com/ (I'm not an affiliate with them)
You can add a caption to your image by editing your image features in word press. the other option would be to choose a theme that allows you to have an image as background.
Hope that helps
Cheers

I want my content to be under reviews page but i am not sure how can i do it? It is just being seen in the homepage. How can it be done?
On most themes, you can go to your top menu page then add in any post or page to that menu...Once it is you can move it to whatever page you want it under, as in your review page...
I have added posts and pages this way to various categories of my menu....i,e, some tools that I review also are under a category of my tools menu, such as video creation tools, or maybe a graphics review that fits under Graphic Training, etc.
Cheers!

I have seen this done by creating a drop down menu under the pages titles . I don't know if that is theme related . I believe there is training on it though.
I would find it for you but my phone won't let me search training and I will not be at my computer for a few more hours
Hope that helps
Search for page drop menu training or something like that
By categorizing your post, you should be able to put relevant posts under your reviews page. This tutorial should help. WordPress Tutorial - Creating Categories
depending on the WP theme you are using - it likely the "category" section on the right side of your posting. Hope that helps
yes - you need to build categories and then select them for which pages you want them to be on
