Hello, my name is Peter. I live in Hawaii with my beautiful wife, and we are surrounded here by our families and friends. I joined WA in search for a better way to earn money and do something different to make a better future for my wife and me. I hope to make a better life through WA and I also hope to help others make a future as well!

I am currently working in the construction Industry and for now, it's something to just put food on the table. I've been working in the construction field for quite some time now and I feel like there has got to be a better way to make a living. Minus slaving away in the sun, busting your back and your body, and going home only to wake up early in the morning to do it all over again. I'm sure a lot of people can agree to some of that, right? lol.

In my spare time I really enjoy exercising, playing sports with friends and family, working on cars/automobiles, playing video games, watching kung-fu movies, and photography. I also enjoy Learning new things and soaking up as much knowledge as possible by whatever means necessary.

I hope to become successful someday and really find a better way in life, so that I can enjoy more time with my wife and our families!!!

Hey Peter, it's great to see you're already taking action. I know you're probably busy trying to learn more, but I just thought I'd check on you and see how things are going. Hope you're enjoying things so far!

sorry John I just got home from work. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to check on my progress. I actually have been super busy trying to get my website started and so excited in doing so, that I think I might have rushed it a bit. I'm going to take a step back and redo my website and take a bit slower this time.

So you're looking to buy a new camera huh? Great! There are so many choices when trying to figure out what you are looking for and trust me, I've had a hard time choosing one for myself. The one camera that I started out with is a Nikon D3000 starter kit. I would highly recommend this camera or the Nikon D3200 for around the same price. I paid about $350.00 for it and it has excellent quality at an affordable price.

If this is still too expensive, don't worry! There are cheaper ones out there. I'd just have to get back to you a soon as I can. Thanks again and good luck.

P.S. Any "DSLR" Camera you choose will do a great job. If you are looking to make this a career or a on going thing, then I would suggest you invest into a more higher end camera. If not, then an entry level or a lower end camera is more than enough to do the job. It's all about setting the camera for the right lighting and aperture and depth and... that sort of stuff. lol.

Everything you wrote here could've been content for your site lol. I'm gonna look into that camera and I'm also going to look for some tips to take some nice shots. I think I found me a new hobby!

I'm actually really excited about getting our first camera. I never thought I'd be into it, but there is just so much to capture out there that I not only want to capture it, but I want to do all the fancy stuff that comes along with it lol.

That's great! Well, in order to do all the "fancy stuff", you would need a good editing program. I personally like using photo shop's Lightroom 6 program for all my editing. Photo Shop offers a lot of different editing apps to cater to all levels of photographers. There are other programs that you can chose from as well, but through my experience, I have come to find that Lightroom 6 is the easiest and best way to learn how to edit. It does cost money to purchase this app, but I assure you, It is well worth it! There are two ways to purchase this app. Either you buy the app entirely for about $150.00, or you can opt for the monthly fee that offers you more compared to buying it out right.

But before we get too far ahead of ourselves, just take some time to think about it. This hobby can be a bit expensive... but then again it can soon become a career. Seriously though... sleep on it. Good luck!

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

I really appreciate you helping me. I will take you up on that offer soon!

What's up Peter and welcome to Wealthy Affiliate!

Just thought I'd welcome you and help you get started on the right track.

You will learn a lot within the next few days and you will meet a bunch of new people, who will help you along the way so don't be afraid to ask any questions.

As a new member here, you want to put up a pic (preferably of yourself) and say a little something about you so that it can be easier for others to help you.

To start the training, just head over to the Online Entrepreneur Certification getting started course (Level 1). This is a task based course that will get you taking action on daily tasks that will lead to you building web assets right away.

Here is the link that you will see within your main menu labeled "Get Started Here". Just take a look around, get to know how the site works, and see what WA has to offer. Let me know if you have any questions and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Talk to you soon,

- John
