I'm not sure actually what i have to focus when choosing a low completion keyword.
Example: If i want to use " how to lose 30 pounds in 1 month " this keyword is consider a
Yes it is definitely ok to have a low QSR the lower the better. You ideally want to find keywords with at least 50 searches a month and a QSR with 300 or lower, closer to 0 the better. Don't worry about the competition so much because if it is something that you are passionate about then you can definitely do it. Good luck. :) And if you are using Jaaxy then you are already off to a great start.
